Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress who was born May 26th 1978, at Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are some of her most notable films. Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She oversees the Assassination Witness as well as a member of GI-TOC's Multilateral Engagement Team. She is primarily interested in the illicit economy, assassinations and disappearances. Her research interests are in the impact of organized criminality on the law, policies and laws that pertain to the human right. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. She also holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The experience she has gained as a lawyer includes four years of practice with a firm that is specialized in litigation involving public law. Her previous experience includes has been employed by non-governmental organisations the headquarters of Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
