Awkwafina
Awkwafina was an American actor and musician. Her first release was humorous, cleverly written lyrics in rap that dealt with questions of racial identity as well as sexuality. Then she expanded her fans to Hollywood. Nora Lum is the daughter of Chinese as well as Korean parents in Forest Hills Queens. The trumpet was her first instrument. Later, she began the classical and hip-hop genres. While in college, she focused on her studies and majored both in women's study and journalism. In a short period during her time in Beijing, Mandarin language classes were also available. The focus changed to music only after she completed her degree. After becoming famous via the Internet, her My Vag song My Vag was a reaction to the Mickey Avalon song My Dick. It eventually appeared on the album she released, Yellow Ranger. Some other hits that went viral included queef, a body positive track and the eye-catching NYC Bitchecity tour. The last track was linked directly to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide, which was published in 2015. The resume of her included the musician and author. She was now looking for a new career path in acting. In addition to early shows like Girl Code and Tawk she appeared in films such as Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. In the year 2018 she scored many notable roles that were a breakthrough, like Dude Ocean's Eight or Crazy Rich Asians. That June she issued the EP in Fina We Trust.
